Genuine Innovations Limited Warranty

ITW Global Tire Repair Inc. (“ITWGTR”) warrants that its Genuine Innovations branded products (“Products”) will be free from manufacturing defects for the applicable Warranty Period as follows. This warranty does not cover any defects due to normal wear and tear, damage due to misuse, abuse or unsafe use, claimant’s failure to follow the operating instructions, alteration to the product, or negligence. 

Product Description	Warranty Period
CO2 Tire Inflators Inflator Heads	Lifetime Warranty (this lifetime warranty extends for as long as the original purchaser owns the product)
CO2 Cartridges	90 days from date of purchase
Tubeless Tire Repair Accessories	90 days from date of purchase

Because ITWGTR cannot control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, this warranty applies only to Products that were purchased from ITWGTR or an ITWGTR authorized seller, unless otherwise prohibited by law. ITWGTR reserves the right to reject warranty claims for Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized Internet sites.

Purchasers of Products who wish to make a warranty claim based upon a Product defect should contact ITWGTR by emailing comments@itwgtr.com or calling 888-457-5463 between 8am and 5pm PT. Please be prepared to provide the following information to us: (i) where you purchased the Product, (ii) when you purchased the Product, and (iii) an explanation of the claimed defect. If your request is initially approved, you will then mail the Product and proof of purchase to the following address:

Please note that you are responsible for the costs incurred in mailing the Product and proof of purchase to ITWGTR. ITWGTR reserves the right to verify that the information mailed by claimant supports claimant’s entitlement to warranty coverage. The sole remedy for any approved warranty claim is a coupon for a replacement product or a refund of the purchase price.

There are no warranties which extend beyond those stated herein. Any implied warranties that may be applicable to Products, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the duration of this warranty. Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. Under no circumstances shall ITWGTR be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages based upon breach of this warranty, breach of contract or strict liability. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.
